Shorewood does not currently offer a direct online payment option for HOA dues. However, many banks provide an Online Bill Pay service.
-
If your bank offers this feature, you may submit your payment electronically through your bank’s website. Your bank will mail a physical check on your behalf, making this a convenient and reliable way to pay without writing or mailing a check yourself.
-
To pay online, please visit your bank’s website to see if Online Bill Pay is available.

Checks are deposited in batches and not immediately upon receipt. Payments received after January 2026 may take longer to be deposited. Please plan accordingly when balancing your checkbook.
Why Dues Increased for 2026?
The 2026 dues adjustment reflects several necessary expenses to maintain and improve our neighborhood:
-
East Entrance Pond Fountain Motor Replacement – Planned for Spring 2026
-
Entrance Lighting – Replacement of lights that are currently out
-
Pond Fountain Timer Replacement – Timer at the Sailwind/Timberlake pond is not functioning properly and will be replaced in the Spring
-
Snow Removal
-
We have increased our snow plow tolerance—plows now come for snowfalls of 2" or more (previously 3")
-
Our main streets will now be salted (cul-de-sacs excluded), improving safety for everyone. Previously, only our intersections were salted
-
-
Tree & Stump Removal – We’ve had downed trees in our common spaces and along the front pond professionally removed, including stump removal, to keep our shared areas safe and beautiful.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue investing in the long-term care, safety, and appearance of the Shorewood community.
